Complete the fields with information as follows:
Team Name: This is the name of the organization or division within your organization submitting the bid, for example “Acme North America.” This is also the name by which your organization will be referred to within AWARD®.
Organization: This is the name of the wider organization submitting the bid (which may be the same as the Team Name). For example, “Acme Global”.
Contact Name: The name of the individual to be contacted by the Buying Organization as required. Contact Telephone: For the Contact Name as given above. Please include all area codes required (e.g. +1 613-888-9999; or +44 (0) 1235 444 555).
Email: For the Contact Name as given above. This will be the email address that the system will use to send notifications.
Password: Set for your account, recommended to be at least 8 digits with upper and lower-case letters, at least 1 number and 1 special character. Finally, you need to enter a correct answer for the simple sum displayed.
NOTE: If more than one user registers then they will be treated as separate suppliers, providing separate responses and will not be associated with one another in any way.
Email Verification Having submitted the form, you will then receive an email containing an automatically-generated numeric User Name and a link which you must follow to complete the registration process. If you do not receive this registration email, check your spam or junk folder for the email; if nothing is received, contact the project team who will be able to re-issue it. Note that you need to be able to receive this email to complete the registration. You may need to ensure that emails from the @commercedecisions.com domain are whitelisted by your IT department to allow this to happen.
